At MacLeod's Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are exempt from our standard return policy.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely packaged; for large items, we will schedule a professional freight pickup at your convenience.
Inspection Process
Once the items arrive at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the furniture to ensure it meets our resale standards.
Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
